PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the accumulation of paper tailings and thereby improve the blanket breakoff properties by forming at least, the top layer part of one or more surface rubber layers laminated on a support in rubber blended with far infrared-irradiated ceramics. SOLUTION: A support 15 is formed by applying a rubber starch to cotton cloth in the form of a two-tier laminate, and a compressive layer 17 is formed on the support 15. Further, oil-resistant surface rubber layers 20 are laminated on the compressive layer 17 through a support 19 of cotton cloth. The tip layer part 21 of the surface rubber layers 20 is formed of rubber blended with far infrared ceramics. The preferable far infrared ceramics is ceramics of such a type that it is irradiated with a far infrared beam with a wavelength of 3-500μm and at normal temperatures or temperatures of 100 deg.C or less. In addition, the ceramics are made of Al2 O3 , MnO2 , Cr2 O3 , Fe2 O3 , ZrO3 , Si3 N4 , SiC or aluminum titanate or a mixture or these materials. |
