PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control method and device for uniformizing the temperature of each cell when a plurality of cells are accumulated to form a battery pack. SOLUTION: The plurality of cells are connected in series and battery modules 9 formed in a columnar shape are arranged in parallel lengthwise and crosswise in a holder case 10, so that air blast is supplied from under the holder case 10 to cool the battery modules 9. In this case, the battery module 9a arranged on the upstream side of the air blast direction is capped with a film cylinder 2 so as to be restrained from being in a lower temperature than that of other battery modules 9, resulting in a uniform temperature of the battery modules 9. If the diameter of the film cylinder 2 is larger than that of the battery modules 9 on the upstream side in mounting, the temperature is further uniformized.
