PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle information communication system capable of preventing the occurrence of a malfunction and a failure caused by potential difference among plural electronic devices with one another mounted on an automobile, etc. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an interface part transferring information, plural information transmitting and receiving units U which have a transformer 11 for insulation connected with the inputting and outputting part of the interface part and are respectively arranged in a vehicle and bus lines DB1 and DB2 which are connected to the transformers 11 for insulation and are for transmitting and receiving information among the information transmitting and receiving units U through the transformer 11 for insulation.
