PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a spring leg part which has a gradual spring force characteristic and on the other hand requires a small structure space. SOLUTION: This is provided with a piston rod 13 guided movably in the axial direction in a cylinder 11 and spring devices 19, 27 having at least two springs wrapping a cylinder. Meantime, a first spring 19 has the smaller spring constant than the other spring 27 and the cylinder is operated and combined with one first spring washer 15 and the first spring is supported by a first end and the other end of the first spring is supported by the second spring washer movable in the axial direction for the cylinder and meantime the second spring 27 is supported by the third spring washer 25 and the first spring 19 is arranged coaxially for the second spring 27. Meantime, the first spring washer has a bigger outer diameter than the inner diameter of the third spring washer and meantime before the first spring is reached the block length of this first spring, the first spring washer 15 is provided so as to contact to the third spring washer 25.
