PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adhesive from being extruded to narrow a duct by inserting a piping member from the rear end in a through hole bored in the tip body taking an opening formed on the tip body as one end, and joining the pipining member to the inner peripheral surface of the through hole with the tip retreated from the opening to the interior of the through hole. SOLUTION: This distal end body 1 formed of plastic is connected to the tip part of a bent 10 capable of freely bending in an arbitrary direction and at an arbitrary angle by remote operation from an operation part connected to the base end of the insert part. A concave lens 7 for spreading light distribution of illuminating light is fitted to an illuminating window 3, and an outgoing end of a light guide fiber bundle 8 is disposed in the inner part to be fixed to the distal end body 1. A through hole 11 having a treatment tool projecting port 5 as one end is bored in the tip body 1 in parallel to the axis of the distal end body 1, the through hole 11 is formed with a fixed diameter extending over the total length, and the inside diameter is set to such a size that the tip of a treatment tool insert channel 12 is fitted.
