PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct an image represented by output image data with a simple method in the case of correcting the image represented by the output image data. SOLUTION: After the end of execution of preliminary scanning, a setup section sets parameters for usual processing and parameters for correction processing to each of pluralities of image processing (step 100). In the case that the operator visually observes an image displayed on a monitor after the image processing by the parameters for usual processing and discriminates the necessity of correction (step 106, Y), the parameters for at least one image processing are replaced with the parameters for correction porcessing (steps 108-118). That is, in the case that the necessity of correction of the image is discriminated, the parameters for correction processing that are preset are read and replaced with the parameters for usual processing.
