PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effect the ventilation of a room stably regardless of weather condition and a running cost by restraining the use of an air-conditioning facility. SOLUTION: An adjusting device 10 for inflow amount of air is provided in an air flow passage 16, communicating the outside of a room with the inside of the room, with a variable vane 19, supported swingably between the inflow port 13 side of the outdoor and the sending port 14 side in a room while opening the air flow passage 16 by being positioned at the side of the inflow port 13 and choking the opening degree of the air flow passage 16 gradually under a process of moving toward the side of the sending port 14, then closing the air flow passage 16 by being positioned at the side of the sending port 14, and a spring 20, energizing the variable vane 19 toward the side of the inflow port 13 and choking the opening degree of the air flow passage 16 by stopping the variable vane 19 at a position whereat the energizing force is balanced with an air pressure, exerting on the variable vane 19 so as to close the air flow passage 16 by swinging the vane toward the side of the sending port 14 while pushing the same by air flowing through the inflow part 13.
