PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a resin molding such as various footrests, by one kinds of a clip member and eliminate a need for design consideration on the clip member. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of a resin molding comprises a clip member 10 attachable to a stud bolt fixed in a body, and a clip receiving member 32 formed integrally with the resin molding (a footrest) with the receiving member protruding from the back of the resin molding. The clip member 10 is formed into the shape of a cylinder in which the stud bolt can be inserted and engaged with the outer peripheral groove of the stud bolt through insertion of the stud bolt and held in an antislip-off state. Meanwhile, the clip receiving member 32 is formed into the shape of a cylinder in which the clip member 10 is inserted by utilizing a portion ranging from the tip part thereof to the back of the resin molding. By inserting the clip member in the clip receiving member, the members are held in an antislip-off state through engagement of engaging means (an engaging protrusion 22 and the engaging hole 34).
