PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct low-frequency treatment by closely attaching conductors to plate-like muscles of the cervical region. SOLUTION: A low-frequency treating device comprises a pair of conductors 1, 1, for bringing them into contact through a conductive adhesive pad with a human body, and a supporting body 2 for keeping an interspace between the both conductors 1, 1, constant. Each of the conductors 1, 1 is rotatably assembled through an axis to the supporting body 2, or is assembled through a free joint to the supporting body 2 to change directions. Or each conductor 1 is assembled through a flexible connecting section to change directions. Since there is the supporting body 2, the pair of the conductors 1, 1, can be adhered to the human body at necessary interspace. Since the conductor 1 is assembled to the supporting body 2 and is rotatable to change directions, the low-frequency treating device can be firmly attached to the human body.
