PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place a bathtub cover at one end of a bathtub, and easily open and close the bathtub cover. SOLUTION: A winding shaft 3 is provided in a housing box 2, and a handle 4 is provided on the winding shaft 3. One end of a bathtub cover 1 is fixed to the winding shaft 3. Opening and closing of the bathtub cover can thus be easily performed, and need of moving to carry the bathtub cover is eliminated. The bathtub cover can be put in order compactly to be placed in a narrow space at an end of a bathtub.
