PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject arranging structure capable of excellently securing the longitudinal balance of the center of gravity and safety and improving steering operability and planting operation efficiency by arranging a transmission case at a specific position and installing a transmission belt at a position at which an engine and the transmission case are lapped on the side view. SOLUTION: In a sulky rice transplanter A in which a planting part C is connected to the rear part of a traveling part B, the traveling part B is loaded with an engine 2 at the front part of a machine body frame, a transmission case 5 is linked and connected to the engine 2 and front wheels 7 are attached to front axle cases 6, the transmission case 5 is installed at the lower side position of the engine 2. The transmission case 5 is arranged on a virtual vertical line V passing a front wheel shaft 7-1 on the side view and at a position higher than the front wheel shaft 7-1. A transmission belt 30 is laid at a position at which the engine 2 and the transmission case 5 are lapped on the side view.
