PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by operating transfer to the destination of transfer preliminarily set in a mobile radio when an incoming acceptance signal can not received even after the lapse of a constant time, automatically operating absent transfer, continuing the transfer operation after that, allowing the mobile radio telephone set to operate position registration when a power of the telephone set is turned on or it enters a reception zone, and releasing the absent transfer when the position registration is normally completed. SOLUTION: When a multi-functional telephone set 4a dials the number of a mobile radio equipment PS-E5, a CPU in a switchboard 1 receives the dial, and transmits an incoming signal through a CS 2 to the PS-E5, and simultaneously sets a timer. When the PS-E5 is outside a reception zone or its power is turned off, no incoming acceptance signal can be received from the PS-E5. When an absence timer is time-out, the CPU stops the incoming signal to the PS-E5, and moves the connection of the multi-functional telephone set 4a to the connection with a destination D of transfer when the destination D of transfer is set in an absent destination of transfer setting memory MEM.
