PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent coarse particulate and an organic solvent from splashing, and cope with the wastage of a writing utensil by holding a colored magnetic particle movably in the vertical direction to a writing surface without inverting the magnetic poles, and providing the writing utensil which holds either one of the magnetic pole portions, and a magnetic wiper which holds the opposite magnetic pole. SOLUTION: The N pole side of a writing medium 16 is oriented to a writing surface 2 side, and the S pole portion is arranged to a board plate 8 side of a reinforcing body, and thus, a white-board writing body is constituted, and a viscous fluid by a fine powder of a specified color, and a particle of a colored vertically magnetized magnetic material 15 can be moved in the linear direction into 51 micro-capsule form container. A writing medium 16 can write characters and images by rubbing or scanning the writing surface with a magnetic writing utensil with the color of the particulate fluid in the micro-capsule form particle as a background color for the writing surface, by a color which is held by the magnetic pole portion of the colored magnetic fluid in the background color. Also, lines of the color of the magnetic pole on the writing body surface can be wiped off by a character erasing wiper wherein the wiping surface is set to N pole which is opposite from a nib.
