PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image processor for always realizing exact trace even if a moving object stops or the moving amounts are small when an in-frame difference processing is used. SOLUTION: This moving image processor is provided with an image inputting part 11 for inputting a moving image, an image storing part 12 for storing inputted image data, an in-image arithmetic part 13 for operating a time difference processing to image data whose time is different stored in the image storing part, and outputting a binary time difference image binarized by a predetermined threshold value, a moving area retrieving part 15 for retrieving a moving object area detected before one frame in a present image, a moving area shaping part 14 for detecting and outputting a moving object area in which a moving object is present from the binary time difference image, and a moving area synthesizing part 16 for synthesizing the result of the moving object area certified by the moving area shaping part and the result of the moving object area retrieved by the moving object retrieving part, and uniting the same moving object areas into one.
