PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee that local information stored in a local data base is the latest on a network system which stores the local data base in a terminal device with some of the contents of a master data base in a server device. SOLUTION: In a schedule setting part 123, the acquisition periods of pieces of local information stored in the local data base 121 are set. The acquisition periods are determined in consideration for the update period of a master information in the master data base 21. An information acquisition part 131, when judging that there is local information reaching the acquisition period according to the contents of the schedule setting part 123, sends a request to acquire the local information to the server device 2. At this request, the server device 2 sends the local information and then the information acquisition part 131 stores it in the local data base 121.
