PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit good camera-shake correction by providing two axes among independent three axes with plural acceleration sensor pairs and allowing these sensor pairs to detect the accelerations in the same direction as each other orthogonal with the axes with which the sensor pairs are provided. SOLUTION: A camera 10 has a camera-shake detecting means for detecting the change in a camera posture by camera-shake and a camera-shake correcting means for making camera-shake correction according to the camera-shake quantity detected by this camera-shake detecting means. The camera-shake detecting means has at least two pairs of the acceleration sensor pairs (Z1, Z2), (X1, X2) disposed at least the two axes among the independent three axes. An arithmetic means computes the angular accelerations, angular velocities and angle around at least the two axes orthogonal with each other. The respective acceleration sensor pairs are arranged so as to detect the accelerations in the same direction as each other orthogonal with the axes with which the sensor pairs are provided. |
