PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive padding cloth capable of lightening the strike back of a binding resin without impairing the appearance of clothing even in the case of adhesion to a thin face side fabric and only slightly damaging workability in its storage and use. SOLUTION: In this adhesive padding cloth which is provided with a first resin part bonded in a fixed shape on at least one surface of a backing fabric and is obtained by bonding a second resin part composed of a hot-melt resin having a melting point lower than the first resin part to the first resin part, the hot-melt resin characteristically comprises a multicomponent-based block copolymer elastomer.
