PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a shutter to be opened or closed at high speed by a method wherein the shutter is opened or closed pivoting above a tape in an arc manner in the traveling direction of the tape. SOLUTION: A shutter 16 is made to pivot quickly on an operating lever shaft 25 in a counterclockwise direction by a restoring force accumulated in a first compression spring 6. At this point, the shutter part of the shutter 16 is opened or closed pivoting above a carrier tape 21 in an arc manner in the traveling direction of the carrier tape 21. That is, the shutter part pivots on the operating lever shaft 25, so that a member that guides the sliding of the shutter can be dispensed with, and friction and vibrations are eliminated, so that the shutter 16 can be opened or closed at high speed. |
