PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a peeling controlling agent composition free from a trouble of fuming during a treating operation and having no trouble of coagulation, thickening or the like at a low temperature by compounding an alkenyl functional siloxane with a specific branched olefin. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by compounding (A) at lest one kind of an alkenyl functional siloxane having a viscosity (at 25 deg.C) of preferably 40-100,000 mPa.s, more preferably 40-50,000 mPa.s, further preferably 400-10,000 mPa.s and (B) at least one kind of a branched olefin of the formula [the total number of the carbons in each olefin is at least 20; (n) and (m) are each 0-20; (x), (y) and (z) are each 1-12]. Examples of the component A include a vinyldimethylsiloxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane polymer and a hexenyldimethylsiloxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane polymer.
