PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable some commodities such as fresh fruits and vegetables and the like requiring aeration to be displayed in well-fitted state while being stored in a bag by a method wherein both front and rear net sheets may form extendable or retractable nets having their stripes crossed each other at locations where the net sheets may face against commodities storing sections and similarly a ribbon section having stripes flat is formed at a location facing against a net weld line. SOLUTION: A bag 1 forms a commodity storing chamber between front and rear net sheets 2, 3 and then these net sheets 2, 3 located at both side edges are welded to each other at each of net weld lines 6. Then, the front and rear net sheets 2, 3 may form a thread 16 composed of extendable or retractable nets in which many monofilamentary threads 15 are crossed to each other to make an integral formation at a location adjacent to the commodity storing section. In turn, at the locations positioned at each of weld lines 6, ribbon sections 17 with the flat threads 15 are formed. In addition, each of the net weld lines 6 is welded in a facial manner under a state in which the ribbons 17 are overlapped to each other. According to this bag, a superior aeration characteristic can be assured while a sufficient mechanical strength of the bag 1 is being maintained.
