PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic welding machine wherein the buckling of a welding wire is not generated within a roller guide torch unit even though such an operation as excessively feeding the welding wire is executed. SOLUTION: When a torch sensor 7 is outputted while a push button switch 2 is pushed, an output of an AND circuit 8 is turned on, and also an output of an off delay timer 9 is immediately turned on. Thus, a relay coil 10 is excited, its (b) contact 4 is opened, and a servomotor 5 is stopped. Therefore, a welding wire is fed no more, and the buckling of the welding wire is not generated within a roller guide torch unit. Even though the push button switch 2 is turned off and whereby the output of the AND circuit 8 is turned off, the relay contact 4 is kept open during a set time of the off delay timer 9. Therefore, the relay contact 4 is kept open during an inching work, and the servomotor 5 is not rotated.
