PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high heat transfer performance over the entire condensation heat transfer plane at the time of obtaining steam with condensation heat by forming a high temperature side fluid inlet at a condensation heat exchanging section and arranging fins for forming the condensation heat transfer plane while inclining from one side formed with the fluid inlet toward the other side. SOLUTION: A gas-liquid two phase comprising a gas phase fluid 23 and a liquid phase fluid 24 is applied as high temperature side fluid 21 and separated through a high temperature side fluid inlet header 2 into the gas phase fluid 23 and the liquid phase fluid 24. The inlet header 2 is arranged with fins 3 for forming a condensation heat transfer plane while inclining gradually from one side formed with the fluid inlet 2 toward the other side. Further, a condensation liquid channel 6 is formed at the end part on the other side of the inclination fins 3 and condensed liquid 22 of the high temperature side fluid 21 flows through the condensation liquid channel 6. A liquid phase inlet 12 for feeding the liquid phase fluid 24 to flow rate distribution fins 4 is provided at the lower part of the inlet header 2.
