PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by partially automating assembling together two assemblies having rotary shaft bodies intercoupled through a rotary medium. SOLUTION: This method comprises a first process by a manual work; and a second automated process. In the first process, through a manual work, combination is effected as phase adjustment between a rotary shaft body 102a and a rotary medium 10 is effected. In the second process, a plurality of split knock pins 11 and 11 arranged the rotary medium 10 are respectively fitted in fit-in holes 105b and 105b formed in the other rotary shaft body 104 and thereafter, through forced spreading of tips to the split knock pins 11 and 11, mounting between the other rotary shaft body 104 and the rotary medium 10 is effected. In addition, a method is provided to assemble together two assemblies having rotary shaft bodies intercoupled through a rotary medium to assemble together one assembly 102 and the other assembly 103. |
