PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive highpolymer substance having a high single ionic and/or proton conductivity which is stable over a wide temp. range and through a long period of service. SOLUTION: This conductive highpolymer substance is formed from a polymer having sulfate radical or sulfuric acid radical in each molecule and a polymer given by the expression-(R1-X)-, where R1 is organic residual radical with C ranging from 1 to 20 or an organic residual radical with C ranging from 1 to 20 and including hetero atoms such as N, O, S, F, Cl, Br, I, etc., X is N, O, S, or organic residual radical including these atoms, and (n) is an integer no less than 2. |
