PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a complicated winding machine and dramatically improve working efficiency by fitting bobbins different in outside diameter flange size with wires wound thereon, so that their coil outside diameters are different, onto teeth in laminated sate, and installing the bobbins there. SOLUTION: A large diameter bobbin 3 and a small diameter bobbin 4 are laminated in two stages and are installed on each tooth on a stator 1, and a coil 5 is formed on the large diameter bobbins 3 and the small diameter bobbins 4. The large diameter bobbins 3 are so designed that their flange diameter is R1 (R1<=L) and their distance between flanges is H1, and the smaller-diameter bobbins 4 are so designed that their flange diameter is R2 (R1>R2) and their distance between flanges is (H1+H2=H). An insertion hole 3A the cross-sectional shape of which is almost the same as that of the teeth 2 (rectangle) is formed in the central portion of each of the bobbins in the axial direction. The large-diameter bobbins 3 and smaller-diameter bobbins 4 with the coil formed thereon are fit on adjacent teeth in appropriate order and installed there, and the connecting terminals (ends) of the winding are connected with external lead wires. Furthermore, the wires are grouped by ties, and the stators are impregnated with varnish one by one to integrally fix the coils, bobbins and stators.
