PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit more control signals without increasing the number of poles of a slip ring and to complate control only on the side of a monitoring camera without interposing a controller in a monitoring camera for electrically connecting a rotary part housing a camera main body part through the slip ring to a fixed part housing a power source part. SOLUTION: A common ground line L3 is connected from the fixed part 101 to the rotary part 102, power from the power source part 104 is supplied from the fixed part 101 to the rotary part 102, line pulses and alarm signals are synthesized with RS485 signals in an input synthesis circuit 105 and the synthetic signals are separated in the input separation circuit 108 of the rotary part 102. In the meantime, from the rotary part 102, video signals are transmitted from a video signal processing part 110 to the fixed part 101, AUX signals and the alarm signals are synthesized with the RS485 signals in an output synthesis circuit 109 and transmitted and they are separated in the output separation circuit 106 of the fixed part 101.
