PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily close a shutter by an ejecting force at the time of ejection of a disk cartridge from a recording/reproducing device and to prevent the easy opening of the shutter by the hand of a user in the disk cartridge housing two optical disks. SOLUTION: In the vicinity of the sides of the surface and the rear face of a rectangular cartridge 20 housing two optical disks D1 and D2, window holes 23 and 24 are provided for the optical head and the magnetic head of a recording/reproducing device, shutters 25 and 26 for covering these window holes are disposed to be slid in the short side direction of the cartridge, and the shutters are locked by shutter locks 27 and 28 in a state of covering the window holes. When the cartridge is attached to/detached from the recording/ reproducing device, a locking lug 103 is engaged with shutter locking holes 25h and 26h while the shutter locking is released by a shutter opener 104, and the shutters are slid in the short side direction to be opened/closed.
