PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to execute debugging of a graphic screen without using an actual machine by making the graphic screen operated by using the mimic process data to be supplied. SOLUTION: The debugging of a formed graphic screen is executed by supplying the mimic process data necessary for debugging is supplied to a data input device 8. The instruction for the debugging processing is then issued from the input device 1a to a debugging means 9. The debugging means 9 displays the graphic screen on the display device 4 in accordance with the graphic screen stored in a storage device 3 and executes the display of the mimic process data, graphs, etc., on the graphic screen based on the mimic process data supplied from the data input device 8. Consequently, the graphic screen is operated by using the supplied mimic process data, there by, the debugging of the graphic screen can be executed without using an actual machine.
