PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage print output information by transmission equipment or transmitter unitary by specifying the transmitter or the transmission equipment by which transmission is performed by analyzing received print data, storing, managing the print output information by every transmitter or transmission equipment, simultaneously relating, specifying and integrating them. SOLUTION: Information to specify the transmitter of the data is extracted by discriminating, deciding and analyzing a protocol of the received print data based on a control program which is stored in a ROM 13, etc., by a CPU 12 of a printer 1500. And the number of sheets of ejected paper is recorded in a nonvolatile memory 24, etc., together with transmitter information after the information is outputted by print. On the other hand, transmission equipment and the transmitter of the data are related with each other by specification input based on an instruction from an operation panel 1501. And the related information is reflected on a log by the CPU 12. Thus, the print output information to which a print processing is performed is managed by the transmission equipment or the transmitter unitary.
