PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flooring material made of synthetic resin that shows excellent oneness in no need of installation of a large scale by providing a lining layer made of a synthetic resin foam to the back face of its surface decorating layer. SOLUTION: The back face of the surface decorating layer of a flooring material is uniformly coated or sprayed with a foaming synthetic resin powder composition containing an olefinic resin, a thermal decomposition type chemical foaming agent, for example, azodicarbamide, a variety of additives and heated. In addition, a fibrous lining material, for example, a polyester nonwoven fabric is laminated, pressed to a sheet, then heated and foamed to form the lining layer of synthetic resin foam whereby the objective flooring material made of a synthetic resin is obtained.
