PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent rigidity and shock resistance and also excellent heat resistance and processability, consisting of an aromatic polycarbonate resin and a polyolefin resin. SOLUTION: This composition is such one as to include specific amounts of the following components (D) and (E) per total 100 pts.wt. of the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) an aromatic polycarbonate resin; 5-95 pts.wt., (B) a styrene-based resin; 0-40 pt(s). wt., (C) a polyolefin resin; 5-95 pts.wt., (D) a partially hydrogenated aromatic alkenyl compound-conjugated diene block copolymer; 2-40 pts.wt., and (E) a melt kneading resin composition including a polyphenylene ether and saturated polyester; 1-20 pt(s). wt.
