PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing film excellent in the balance of e.g. moldability, heat shrinkability, easy sealability, gas barrier properties, moisture barrier properties and flexibility, and showing excellent heat resistance especially suitable for retort sterilization. SOLUTION: A packing film comprises at least three layers wherein an intermediate layer is held between a pair of outer layers consisting of a thermoplastic resin, and the intermediate layer consists of a polyamide resin compsn. containing an aromatic diamine copolymer and an aromatic diamine polymer and at least one outer layer consisting of a polypropylene resin.
