PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance of a profile molded product by coating the outer peripheral surface of the profile molded product being a regenerated product of waste with a synthetic resin layer and to effectively utilize the waste. SOLUTION: In order to mold a profile molded product, waste and a synthetic resin are charged in first and second extruders 20, 24 to be kneaded and melted. Subsequently, molten waste and a synthetic resin are temporarily stored in first and second accumulator type injection machines 22, 25 in the quantities corresponding to vol. of the molded product and the plungers of the injection machines 22, 25 are allowed to advance to inject the molten waste and the synthetic resin into the first and second flow channels 26, 27 of a profile molding die head 21a and a profile molded product A of which the outer surface 10 is coated with the surface layer comprising the synthetic resin is extruded from the profile molding die 21 communicating with an emitting orifice 23a to be molded.
