PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the failure to carry a cam cylinder to a construction site and its loss by passing the cam cylinder through a lower pivot in advance because it is not pulled out by a force not greater than an excessive pulling force, and enabling the cam cylinder to be assembled integrally to the lower pivot. SOLUTION: A lower pivot 3 is placed upright on a stile mounting member 1 and a cam receiver 4 is secured thereto. A bearing cylinder having its lower end face formed into a cam abutting face is secured to a door mounting member and a cam cylinder 9 having its upper end face formed into a cam face is placed on the door mounting member. A pullout prevention mechanism 16 permitting the cam cylinder 9 to be passed through the lower pivot 3 and capable of preventing the cam cylinder 9 from being pulled out of the lower pivot 3 by a force not greater than an excessive pulling force is placed between the cam cylinder 9 and the lower pivot 3.
