PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed water control device capable of reducing the burden of operators in the event of a decrease in output of a reactor and properly supplying the flow of feed water to the reactor. SOLUTION: In this feed water control device, when an output decreasing event recognition means 9 recognizes the occurrence of an event decreasing reactor outputs, a condensate flow determining means 7 detects the flow of condensate at a reactor feed water pump inlet to determine whether or not the flow of the condensate has decreased below normal flow. When the flow of the condensate has decreased, a flow request limiter 8 calculates the flow of water that can be supplied to a reactor in accordance with the flow of the condensate, and a flow request signal from a main controller 5 is limited to the flow of feed water that can be supplied.
