PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the behavior of the waiting speaker of a 2nd telephone terminal from being restrained uselessly when speech communication with a 2nd telephone terminal continues for a long time by storing the telephone number of the 2nd telephone terminal when prescribed time passes after setting a connection path B between the 1st and 3rd telephone terminals while holding a connection path A during setting the connection path A between the 1st and 2nd telephone terminals. SOLUTION: When an incoming call arrives from a 2nd speaker 400 while a catch phone subscriber 200 speaks with a 1st speaker 300, a PBX 100 holds a line to the 1st speaker 300 according to a hooking operation of the catch phone subscriber 200 and switches to a line to the 2nd speaker 400. In such a case, a controlling part 130 makes a timer part 110 clock the hold time of the 1st speaker 300, notifies a message requesting waiting to the 1st speaker 300 and registers the telephone number of the 1st speaker 300 with a telephone number registering part 120. When speech communication with the 2nd speaker 400 is finished, the controlling part 130 redials to the 1st speaker 300.
