PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make recoverable waste toner at a developing position and to prevent renewal parts such as an intermediate transfer body, the inside of an image forming device main body and transfer material from being soiled by providing a process cartridge with a waste toner tray. SOLUTION: The 1st waste toner tray 2 is supported by a side plate 22 extended from both sides of a cleaning frame body 4e constituting the waste toner container 4d of the process cartridge 3. The tray 2 and the plate 22 are constituted of the same member as the armor of the cartridge 3. The plate 22 is a supporting part for the tray 2, is fixed to both end faces in the longitudinal direction of the frame body 4e, and integrally molded with the tray 2. The tray 2 is positioned between the developing position P3 and a transfer position P4 and disposed in the longitudinal direction of the drum 4 by leaving a space S between the drum 4 and the tray 2. The tray 2 is longer than the drum 4 and projects to both sides of the drum 4.
