PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revetment wall abundant in nature, easy to execute at a low cost, and having improved strength and durability by fixing the lower end side of a frame body provided with multiple vertical frames, horizontal frames and support members supporting the vertical frames from the back to foundation concrete, and horizontally laying lumbers on the inside of the vertical frames of the frame body. SOLUTION: This revetment structure is slantly formed on a riverbank like an opposite bank scene after completion, natural stones 10 are installed via wire nets 8 near the water's edge W of the riverbank, many lumbers 2 are horizontally laid on the upper side of the natural stones 10, and cuttings 12 are planted. A frame body 1 provided with at least multiple vertical frames 1a, horizontal frames 1d, 1e and support members 1b supporting the vertical frames 1a from the back is arranged, the lower end side of the frame body 1 is fixed to foundation concrete 5. The lumbers 2 are horizontally laid on the inside of the vertical frames 1a of the frame body 1. The lumbers 2 and the natural stones 10 are arranged on the inside of the frame body 1, however this revetment structure is mainly recognized as a structure constituted of the lumbers 2 and the natural stones 10 in the landscape.
