PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain thermoplastic resin sheets having good moldability, oil resistance and heat resistance. SOLUTION: Thermoplastic sheets can be obtained by molding a resin composition comprising (A) 3-97 wt.% styrenic resin and (B) 97-3 wt.% thermoplastic resin, and component A and component B form respective continuous phases. Since the component A and component B form respective continuous phases which are intermingled in a state reticulately connected with each other, it is possible to fully exhibit the properties which both components possess.
