PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing device for liquid attached to the surface of a narrow strip member which has been transferred from a treating tank. SOLUTION: A device comprises a liquid removing member 22 which is provided being in contact with a narrow strip member S transferred from a treating tank 12, and which extends along the transverse direction with respect to the longitudinal axis of the narrow strip member S, and rotating arms 24a, 24b which are connected to the ends of the liquid removing member 22, respectively, in a manner rotatable centering the rotational axis that extends in the transverse direction with respect the longitudinal axis of the narrow strip member S. The device removes liquid attached to the upper surface of the narrow strip member S which has been transferred from the treating tank.
