摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-voltage large-capacity output by setting switching elements which were sequentially turned on, to a turned off state, after the elapse of a predetermined period, sequentially turning them on whenever the next clock pulse rises, and superimposing the magnetic energy accumulated in a plurality of inductances. SOLUTION: A control circuit 15 performs on-off control of four FETs 10 to 13 based on the changes in the terminal voltage of a load 16, and if the voltage of the load 16 becomes lower than the predetermined voltage, then on-time of the FETs 10 to 13 is extended, thereby increasing energy accumulating time of the inductances 2 to 5 is increased and obtaining a higher output voltage. Also, if it becomes higher than the predetermined voltage, on-time is reduced, so that a low output voltage can be obtained. Then regardless of the fluctuations in the load 16, the output voltage is always held constant, inductances 2 to 5 are repeatedly operated in on-period, accumulated magnetic energy is superimposed, and the load 16 is driven. In this way, a high-voltage, large-capacity output can be obtained.
