PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability, and narrow as much as possible a space between a noise absorption board and a sidewall. SOLUTION: Noise absorption boards A are attached on a sidewall W erected from a side edge of a road surface. A hook 13 fixed on a back face of the noise absorption boards A are locked with a rule angle 11 bolted 12 on the sidewall W to hang the noise absorption boards A on the sidewall W. By interposing the necessary number of sheets of adjusting materials 18 between the angle 11 and the hook 13, the noise absorption boards A are fastened by turning a bolt 17 with an operating tool 19 after it is adjusted so that surfaces of the noise absorption boards A become nearly flush. The hook 13 and the rule angle 11 can be beforehand fixed on the noise absorption boards A and the sidewall W. Therefore, a space between noise absorption boards A and the sidewall W is enough if there is a space which the hook 13 and the rule angle 11 can be locked, with each other so that it is possible to narrow the space as much as possible. Hereby, the noise absorption boards can be thickened. The operation of the bolt is not influenced by a size of the space because of a front operation.
