PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat heating object food in upper/lower two stages with high efficiency. SOLUTION: In this oven range, a waveguide 4 is installed in the upper/lower parts of an upper rack 8, an upper power supply port 6 and a lower power supply port 7 are respectively arranged along an upper end wall and a lower end wall of the waveguide, a magnetron 5 is installed on the wall surface of an area surrounded by the respective power supply ports 6, 7 plural radial slot antennas are arranged on a turntable 11, a ceramic receiving pan 14 is placed on it, three U-shaped legs are formed on it in series with an annular ring-shaped wire so that the food placing surface becomes a height of the upper rack of a heating chamber side wall, plural parallel line antennas are formed, and the respective legs are connected to one of the parallel line antennas in the connecting part with a wire material to arrange a placing net 15 forming right-angled parallel line antennas. Respective heights of the upper power supply port 6 and the lower power supply port 7 are set to about 0.4 times and 0.1 times a wave length of a using high frequency, and a lower end wall of the waveguide is set to a height of about 0.8 times a wave length of the using high frequency when viewed from a bottom wall of a heating chamber.
