PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain information data having a different output rate by setting the rotational speed of a disk to be equal. SOLUTION: Information data having an added sub-code containing time information is reproduced from a disk 1 rotating at a N times faster high speed than a standard speed and, after it is processed by a CD signal processing circuit 14, the data is written is a RAM 15 and read out. An address control circuit 19 generates the writing address of the RAM 15 by a clock 61 synchronized with the reproduced information data, and generates the reading address of the RAM 15 by using a clock 42 generated form a clock generating circuit 44 when the output data 17 of the RAM 15 is set to a standard rate, and a clock 42 generated from the same when a speed in set N times the standard rate. A microcomputer 21 determines the kind of the reproduced information by the sub-code 8, and accordingly selects any one of the clock generating circuits 44 and 45.
