PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a printing image having sufficient composition. SOLUTION: A data processing part 5 extracts and judges at least either one of vertical and horizontal image components of a 1st prescribed digital picture data inputted from a picture data input part 1 and judges an angle formed by the extracted image component and its corresponding direction, an input position adjusting part 29 rotationally moves the input position of an original analog picture signal based on the judged result to generate 1st digital picture adjusted by the picture data input part 1 and/or generate 1st digital picture data changed by rotationally moving the contents of the 1st digital picture data by the data processing part 5. The data processing part 5 judges whether the contents of a prescribed image are included in a specific range or not, and when the contents are included, changes the contents so as to be arranged in a regulated area to generate rearranged 1st digital picture data.
