PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ventilating device, provided with a function capable of ventilating the inside of a room by introducing outdoor air while capable of dehumidifying and humidifying the indoor air. SOLUTION: Upon dehumidifying, air A, C, E from the inside and the outside of a room are passed through a moisture absorbing rotor 9 and the air C is discharged to the outside of the room as wet air D by operating a heater 6a in the reproducing area of a heater case 6b while the air E is passed through the heater case 7 and is mixed with dehumidified air F and dehumidified air B of the air A to send dehumidified air into the room. Upon humidifying, the air A, C, E are passed through the moisture absorbing rotor 9 and the air C is passed through a heater case 6b and dehumidified air D is discharged to the outside of the room while the air E is mixed with wet air F, humidified by passing through a heater 7a operated in the reproducing area of the heater case 7b and the dehumidified air B of the air A, then, the humidified air is sent into the room.
