PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having a small size comparatively with a heat exchange amount and high heat exchanging efficiency. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises a first section 310 for feeding first fluid A, a second section 320 for feeding second fluid B, first fluid channels 251A to 251C for feeding third fluids 25 (250A to 250C) for heat exchanging with the fluid A through the section 310, and second fluid channels 252 (252A to 252C) for feeding the fluid 250 for heat exchanging with the fluid B. In this case, the channels 251 are constituted integral with the channels 252. The fluid 250 flows from the channels 251 to the channels 252. The fluids 250 are evaporated at a predetermined pressure at the channel side heat transfer surfaces of the channels 251, and the fluids 250 are condensed at a predetermined pressure at the channel side heat transfer surfaces of the channels 252.
