PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disassembling method of a binding member capable of easily and rapidly removing the binding member which is bound to base materials from the base materials without damaging the base materials and a disassembling tool for the binding member which is used for executing this disassembling method. SOLUTION: This tool is engaged with a flange part 20 of a solid rivet with a fixing unit and set at a fixing position wherein the central line of the tool is aligned with the axial center of a body part with respect to the solid rivet, a bound part of the solid rivet is separated with a separating unit 41 along a boundary area between the body part 19 and the flange part 20 of the solid rivet, the flange part 20 is separated from the body part 19, and the solid rivet which is bound to the base materials 1, 2 is removed from the base materials 1, 2.
