PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a vehicle corresponding to weather. SOLUTION: The present 'position' and 'absolute time' from GPS reception radio waves are calculated. Also, whether information is acquired from the outside part as environmental information, and outside air temperature is acquired from an on board sensor. A situation judging part 34 calculates a road situation corresponding to the present weather, especially, a lowμcoefficient K indicating slippery state from the information. Each vehicle ECU (electronic control unit) 12-18 changes control characteristics corresponding to an object to be controlled, based on the judged result of the situation judging part 34. Thus, the vehicle motion can be appropriately controlled in a situation in which adverse weather such as snowfall is predicted, and the vehicle stability can be improved.
