PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a sufficient lubricating characteristic to the surface of a plug, facilitate an installing of the plug against a container and prevent composition from being melted out by a method wherein a coating layer at the surface of the plug contains some fine powder having a surface lubricating characteristic and at least a part of the fine powder is protruded out of the surface of the coating layer. SOLUTION: As a plug for a container, for example, a rubber product or a rubber plug 1 to be fitted to a container 2 such as a blood collecting tube is used. In addition, as coating material, for example, double-liquid hardening type silicone is applied and as fine powder, and fine particles 4 of silicone rubber are applied. Then, after the coating material is coated on the rubber plug 1, this is dried and hardened to form a uniform coating layer 3 at the surface. At this time, at least a part of the fine particles 4 is protruded from the surface of the coating layer 3. With such an arrangement as above, a lubricating characteristic at the surface of the rubber plug 1 is improved, loading of it against the container 2 is facilitated and at the same time constituents in the rubber plug 1 or the coating layer 3 are prevented from being dissolved into the contents. |
